重载设备空载可控启动装置控制系统的研制

摘　　要：在系统分析空载可控启动装置工作原理的基础上,设计了液压控制系统和润滑冷却系统,并对其工作原理进行了分析。分析了空载可控启动装置电气控制系统的工作原理,制定了空载可控启动的控制方案和流程图,编制了PLC控制程序。It designed the hydraulic control system and lubrication cooling system,and analyzed their the working principle,on the basis of the systematic analysis of no-load controllable startup device＇s working principle. It also analyzed working principle of no-load controllable startup device＇s the electric control system,seted down no-load controllable startup＇s control program and flow chart,and compiled a PLC control program.
