摘　　要：大学基础化学实验教学改革的目的是培养和发展学生的专业素质、创新精神和创新能力.从打造优秀教学团队,改革实验内容和教法学法,构建自主、合作、探究的实验教学模式以及改革实验的评价方式等方面对实验教学改革和创新人才培养进行了探讨.The purpose of the reform of basic chemistry experiment in universities is to cultivate and develop the professional quality, innovative spirit and capability of the students. This paper explores the ways of experiment teaching reform and cultivation of personnel with innovative spirit from the perspectives of forming the excellent teaching teams, reforming the content and methods of experiment teaching, forming the independent, cooperative and explorative experiment teaching mode, and reforming the ways of essessing experiment learning.
