摘 要:人力资本及人力资本密集型企业在理论和现实中均有重要意义,人力资本具有资本的一般属性,也有其在人力资本密集型企业中的特殊性质,更重要的是人力资本的非产权特性,这是人力资本区别物质资本的本质特性。此方面的研究目前存在误区。由于人力资本密集型企业与物质资本密集型企业在特性上有着本质区别,因此传统理论在人力资本密集型企业的相关问题上缺乏解释力,迫切需要对微观经济中人力资本密集型企业展开详细探讨。Based on the introduction of the realistic significance of human capital and human-capital-intensive firms, this paper summarizes the common characters of human capital and the specific characters of human capital in the human-capital-intensive firms firstly. Based on this work, this paper analyzes the non-property-rights character of human capital in details, and points out that this is the essential character of human capital which distinguishes physical capital, meanwhile reviews some mistakes of domestic scholars. Owing to there are some essential differences between human-capital-intensive firms and physical-capital-intensive firms, the traditional theories is short of explanation of some related problems. Base on this, this paper reviews some theoretic advances of human-capital-intensive firms continuously, and introduces some latest advances of the governance problems of human-capital-intensive firms. An conclusion comes finally.
