摘  要:[目的]探索沙棘果渣中黄酮的绿色提取新方法。[方法]以9.4%二甲基酰胺(DMF)为传热介质,沙棘果渣在微波辐射下,经酸水解成黄酮苷元,以槲皮素为标准品,用紫外和高效液相色谱检测。[结果]此法能高效方便地提取出沙棘中的黄酮,提取率为0.018%。[结论]微波提取沙棘果渣中黄酮工艺简单易行,生产成本较低,采取此方法提取黄酮具有广阔的开发前景。[Object] The aim was to study novel green extraction method of flavone from seabuckthorn fruit residue.[Method] With 9.4% DMF as heat transfer medium,seabuckthorn fruit residue was hydrolyzed into flavonoid aglycones under microwave radiation.With quercetin as the standard,UV and high performance liquid chromatography were used to detect.[Result]This method can extract flavone from seabuckthorn effectively and expediently.The extraction rate was 0.018%.[Conclusion]The extraction technology adopted in the study has a wide industrialized foreground for that it is simple and operable,and the cost of manufactures and equipments is low.
