油松针叶浸提液对草坪草‘抢手股’幼苗生理特性的影响

摘　　要：[目的]研究油松针叶浸提液对‘抢手股’生理特性的影响,为油松林下草坪的应用提供理论依据。[方法]‘抢手股’播种1个月后,每隔5d喷施各浓度的水提液和醇提液50ml,以清水为对照,每隔10d取样测定各项指标。[结果]在油松针叶水提液和醇提液处理后的初期(10d)和后期(30d)的抑制作用仅在高浓度处理;低浓度醇提液对草坪草‘抢手股’SOD活性可能有促进作用;水提液对根系活力没有明显的影响,较高浓度的醇提液对根系活力有明显的抑制作用。[结论]油松树冠的淋溶物多年累积后将对其林下配植的‘抢手股’生理代谢有一定的抑制作用。[Objective]In order to provide the application and cultivate management theory for turfgrasses which was under Pinus tabulaeformis,the effects of Pinus tabulaeformis needle leaching liquor on seedling physiological indexes of bluechip were studied.[Method]Sowing after a month,the different concentrations of needle leaching liquor 50 ml were sprayed every 5 d compared with water.The effects of leaching liquor on physiological indexes were studied.[Result]High concentration of leachates had significant inhibitory effects,but low concentration of leachates had no obvious effects in the initial stage and later stage after treatment.Low concentration of alcohol leaching liquor might had stimulating effects on SOD active.Water leaching liquor had no obvious effects,but higher concentration of alcohol leaching liquor had significant inhibitory effects on root vigor.[Conclusion]The accumulated had inhibitory effects on physiological indexes of turfgrasses bluechip under Pinus tabulaeformis.
