天然彩色茧蚕品种金丝1号的选育过程及特征特性

摘　　要：[目的]介绍天然彩色茧新品种金丝1号的育成经过。[方法]黄茧1号是由中系品种871×白河野桑蚕经16代系统选择培育而成,黄茧2号是由日系品种872×汉滨野桑蚕经12代系统选择培育而成。金丝1号是由黄茧1号和黄茧2号杂交而成。[结果]金丝1号属于天然黄色茧家蚕品种,其全茧量、茧层量、茧层率等已接近对照品种871×872,强健性和产值高于对照品种871×872。实验室与农村生产鉴定金丝1号是综合经济性状优良的彩色茧家蚕品种。[结论]该研究为拓宽家蚕的应用领域奠定了基础。[Objective] The aim is to introduce the breeding process of natural colourful cocoon silkworm variety Jinsi 1.[Method]Huangjian1 is bred after 16 generations systematical selection by Chanese variety 871 × Baihe wildsilkworm.Huangjian 2 is bred after 12 generations systematical selection by Japanese variety 872 × Hanbin wildsilkworm.Jinsi 1 is hybrided by Huangjian 1 and Huangjian 2.[Result] Jinsi 1 is a natural yellow cocoon silkworm variety,which cocoon weight,cocoon shell weight and cocoon shell rate approach to the control variety 871 × 872,the healthiness and yield are higher than the control 871×872.Jinsi 1 is a good colorful cocoon silkworm variety in synthesis economical character by laboratory and countryside production appraisal.[Conclusion] The study can lay the foundation for broadening the application area of silkworm.
