摘  要:[目的]为检测支原体寻求一种有效、快速的方法。[方法]分别运用DNA荧光染色法和培养法对原材料、细胞和生物制品中的支原体污染进行检测,并对检测结果进行比较。[结果]DNA荧光染色法能够快速、准确地检测出细胞中支原体的污染;培养法在支原体检测中需要的时间较长,但能有效地对原材料、细胞和生物制品中支原体污染进行检测。[结论]有效地检测支原体应根据待检样品的特性来筛选最合适的方法。[Objective] The aim of the study was to seek a good and effective method to detect the mycoplasma.[Method] The mycoplasma in starting material,cell,biological product were detected by DNA fluorescent staining and cultivation method.After experiment process and result were analyzed.[Result] The method of DNA fluorescent staining detecting mycoplasma in cell was feasible,sensitive and reliable.The method of Cultivation detecting mycoplasma in starting material,cell,biological product were feasible,sensitive and reliable,but time-consuming.[Conclusion] Choosing the effective mycoplasma detection method should be based on the features of the samples to be seized.
