摘　　要：1 CSCW概述 1.1CSCW的要领及分类“计算机支持协同工作”(Computer Supported Cooperative Work,CSCW)Computer Supported Cooperative Work (CSCW) is a new technology to realize the collaboration among groups in computer networks. This paper introduced some technical difficulties based on the analysis of CSCW system's characteristics. Some measures in system architecture, role control, concurrency control and information mining were also discussed.
