摘 要:针对延长油田七里村采油厂压裂井存在间歇性出砂而导致砂卡泵等事故而影响油井正常生产的问题,通过对低温浅层压裂井出砂原因的分析,优选出了适合七里村采油厂压裂井的防砂技术——AL-F1防砂剂缝内防砂技术.室内评价了AL-F1防砂剂的导流能力及防运移性能,并通过6井次现场试验考察了AL-F1防砂剂的压裂防砂效果.室内性能评价和现场试验表明,AL-F1防砂剂在七里村采油厂压裂井上的防砂效果较好,完全适用于延长油田低温、低产、间歇出砂压裂井的防砂控制.Hydraulic sand fracturing is one of the effective stimulation measures to low-permeability and ultra-low permeability oil reservoir.Due to intermittent sand production,stuck pump accidents often happen in the fracturing wells in Qilicun Oil Production Plant.According to the analysis of the causes leading to the sand production of low-temperature and shallow fracturing wells,a sand control technology suitalbe for the fracturing wells is put forward.A sand control agent AL-F1 is developed for the technology.The conductivity and anti-migration performance of the sand control agent are evaluated in laboratory,and field tests are carried out on 6 wells.The results show that the sand control agent has good sand control effect to the fracturing wells in Qilicun Oil Production Plant,and it is suitable for the control of the intermittent sand production of the low-temperature,low-yield fracturing wells.
