摘　　要：目的探讨急性气管—支气管炎病人呼吸道脱落纤毛柱状上皮细胞在临床检验中的意义。方法以形态学方法观察50例急性气管—支气管炎病人呼吸道脱落纤毛柱状上皮细胞的形态变化及运动。结果呼吸道脱落纤毛柱状上皮细胞形态多样。结论呼吸道脱落纤毛柱状上皮细胞在临床检验中常被忽视或误认为致病性原虫,应引起重视。Objective To investigate the significance of the ciliated cells in respiratory tract of the patients with acute tracheobronchitis in clinical test. Methods To observe the ciliated cells of 50 patients with acute tracheobronchitis by morphological method. Results The ciliated cells had various forms. Conclusion Various forms of the ciliated cells are often neglected or mistaken as disease-causing protozoon and should be taken seriously in clinical test
