摘　　要：提前退休已使我国的平均退休年龄低至52.1岁,这给我国的养老保险体系带来了极大的冲击.如何纠正和遏制这一不正常的现象,本文从分析提前退休的现状出发,就提前退休所产生的严重社会和经济后果进行了分析和研究,并提出了相应的解决对策.At present,the phenomenon of early retirement is very serious, the average retirement age has brought the country as low as 52.1 years,giving China＇s old-age insurance system has brought about tremendous impact. On how to correct and contain this abnormal phenomenon, this paper describes the present situation of early retirement, early retirement through the serious consequences arising from the analysis, the several specific recommendations were given.
