两种苎麻种质对苎麻夜蛾(Cocytodes coerulea Guenee)幼虫生长发育影响的初步研究

摘　　要：苎麻夜蛾是一种暴食性的害虫,以幼虫取食苎麻叶片为害,严重影响苎麻的产量和品质。我们用两种苎麻种质的叶片喂养苎麻夜蛾幼虫,研究对幼虫生长发育的影响。结果表明,在相同饲养条件下,用栽培种苎麻(圆叶青)喂养时,相同时期内幼虫排泄物重量多,幼虫体重和体长增长快;用野生种苎麻(黔桂)喂养时,幼虫排泄物重量小,幼虫体重和体长增长慢。说明苎麻夜蛾更喜爱在苎麻栽培种上取食。研究表明这两种苎麻种质对苎麻夜蛾幼虫的生长发育影响显著。该研究内容可为苎麻抗虫育种提供理论依据。Cocytodes coerulea Guenee is a gluttonous pest, its larvae do harm to ramie by eating the leaves, it has a serious impact on both yield and quality of ramie. The effect of different ramie germplasms on the larvae development was studied by feeding the larvae with leaves of different ramie germplasms. The result showed ： in the same cultural condition, the excrement in 24 hours, body weight and length of the larvae fed with leaves of ramie cultivar （Yuanyeqing） were the most; the excrement in 24 hours, body weight and length of the larvae fed with leaves of wild ramie germplasm （Qiangui） were the least. It was proved that Cocytodes coerulea Guenee easily developed in ramie Yuanyeqing than in Qiangui. The research provided theoretical basis for ramie insect resistance breeding.
