摘  要:目的:研究医疗设备应用安全与电能质量的关系。方法:以循证医学为指导,对6类共100台分属医院各科室的临床使用率高的A类设备进行历史性列队跟踪调查,详细记录每台设备每次故障情况,参照同一时段内电能质量监测的结果进行比较、分析,鉴别、筛选出故障性质归属,取得相关数据。结果:受电能质量影响而引发的356次故障中,电源部分的故障次数为159次,控制部分的故障次数为157次,信号通道的故障次数为40次。电力污染导致的电能质量下降,对医疗设备的电源部分和控制部分影响大。结论:电能质量下降直接导致医疗设备故障率增加,严重影响医疗设备应用安全。Objective: Study the relationship of medical equipment safety and electrical energy quality. Methods: Focus on medical model, historicity track and research on a hundred 'A' class equipments in 6 types, which are high usage rate of each section office in attached hospitals, note every error of equipment, consulting the results of monitoring electrical energy quality in same period of time, to compare and analysis, to identification and screen out error property, get relative data. Results: In total 356 times errors which are influenced by electrical energy quality, the errors of electric power source are 159 times, the errors of control portion are 157 times, the errors of signal channel are 20 times. Electric pollution induce descend of electrical energy quality, especially to electric power source and control portion of medical equipment. Conclusions: Electrical energy quality decline directly make medical equipment error rate increased, seriously affect the safety of medical equipment.
