摘　　要：西方国家的失业理论对解决我国现存的劳动力就业问题有着现实的参考意义及利用价值。在对传统失业理论进行回顾的基础上,充分利用这些理论并结合我国具体的国情,对我国农村劳动力失业问题进行了较深入的研究,为解决我国农村劳动力就业的问题提出了一些有益的对策。The western theory of unemployment can provide references for the solution of employment problem in China＇s labor force. On the basis of a review of the traditional theory of unemployment and a thorough investigation of the specific conditions in China, this paper makes an in-depth study on domestic unemployment of rural labor force, and puts forward hereafter some useful suggestions to solve the problem under discussion.
