循证护理在鼻内窥镜手术中的应用研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨循证护理在鼻内窥镜手术过程中的应用效果。方法:将160例行鼻内窥镜手术患者随机分为对照组和观察组各80例,对照组采用传统护理方法实施护理,观察组采用循证护理的方法实施护理。比较两组疗效。结果:两组术后疗效比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),观察组(加多酶清洗)与对照组(传统清洗)内窥镜器械隐血试验结果比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),观察组(膨胀海绵填塞术腔)与对照组(传统凡士林填塞术腔)术后有关指标变化比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论:循证护理的实施,有效解决了鼻内窥镜手术中的护理问题,提高了鼻内窥镜手术质量。Objective： To explore the effect of evidence - based nursing care in the process of nasal endoscopy surgery. Methods： 160 patients underwent nasal endoscopy surgery were randomly divided into control and observation groups （80 cases for each group ）. The routine nursing care was taken in the control group and evidence - based nursing care was implemented in the observation group, the effects were compared between the two groups. Results： There was statistically significant difference in the comparison of the curative effect between the two groups （ P 〈 0. 01 ） ; the statistically significant difference （ P 〈 0.05 ） was also found in the comparison of occult blood test results of endoscopic device between the observation group （washing - cleaning with muhienzyme abluent） and the control group （traditional washing-cleaning） ; there was statistically significant difference （P 〈0. 05, P 〈0. 01 ） in the comparison of postoperative changes in the indicators between the observation group （ packing cavity with expanding sponge ） and the control group （ packing cavity with Vaseline）. Conclusion ： Application of evidence - based nursing care in the process of nasal endoscopy surgery effectively solves the nursing problems and improves the quality of the surgery.
