摘　　要：目的:探讨Trivex系统治疗下肢静脉曲张的疗效及围术期护理方法。方法:对46例(57条肢体)下肢静脉曲张患者采用Trivex系统进行透光法静脉旋切术治疗,并给予术前充分准备和心理护理、术中配合、术后康复指导及并发症观察处理。结果:本组患者无严重并发症发生,无静脉曲张复发。结论:Trivex手术创伤较小、切口小、手术时间短、并发症少,是治疗下肢静脉曲张的较好选择,做好围术期护理有利于提高临床效果。Objective ： To explore the effect of Trivex system and perioperative nursing methods in the treatment of varicose veins of lower extremities. Methods ： Trivex system was used to do transilluminating rotary varicotomy for 46 patients （57 limbs） with varicose veins of lower extremities. The adequate preoperative preparation , psychological care, active intraoperative cooperation, postoperative rehabilitation guidance, observation and treatment of complications were fully carried out. Results ： No serious complications and recurrence of varicose veins occurred in the patients. Conclusion ： Trivex surgery has the advantages of little wound, small incision, shorter operative time and less complications and it is one of ideal methods for the treatment of varicose veins of lower extremities. Good perioperative nursing care is conducive to improving clinical effects.
