藏传金丹丸对小鼠实验性肝损伤的药效学研究

摘　　要：目的研究藏传金丹丸的保肝利胆作用.方法以CCl4制作动物急性肝损伤模型,测定血清ALT、AST、TBIL的含量,观察藏传金丹丸对动物急性肝损伤的影响;采用麻醉大鼠胆汁引流术,测定正常大鼠的胆汁分泌量及胆汁成分.结果藏传金丹丸能明显降低CCl4急性肝损伤动物血清ALT、AST的水平;使正常大鼠的胆汁流量明显增加,降低胆汁中胆固醇的浓度.结论藏传金丹丸有明显的保肝、利胆作用.Objective： To study the liver-protection and promoting bile secretion of Zangchuan Jindan pill. Methods： Zangchuan Jindan pill is administrated to the mice with liver injury induced by CCl4 ALT, AST and TBIL levels in serum are examined. The bile flow rate and the concentration of rats administrated with Zangchuan Jindan pill are estimated. Results： Zangchuan Jindan pill could decrease the ALT, AST in the serum of mice treated with CCl4, promote the secretion of bile and decrease the biliary cholesterol level. Conclusion： Zangchuan Jindan pill exhibits significant liver protection and promotion of bile secretion.
