S9代谢活化酶系统制备及蛋白含量的测定

摘　　要：目的:研究有效的S9代谢活化酶系统的制备方法.方法:采用苯巴比妥钠作为诱导剂制备大鼠肝S9,并采用Lowry法测定所制备的S9蛋白含量.结果:成功制得大鼠肝S9,并测定其蛋白含量为38.66mg/ml.结论:苯巴比妥钠作为诱导剂可以成功制备出大鼠肝S9.Objective： To investigate effective methods of producing rat S9 （Hepatic post-mitochondrial supernatant）. Methods： S9 is prepared with phenobarbital-induced Sprague-Dawley rats, and the protein content is determined by the method of Lowry. Results： Rat liver S9 is successfully prepared, and the protein contents of it are measured to be 38.36mg/ml. Conclusion： Phenobarbital could be used as a induce agent for the producing of rat liver S9.
