产学研合作与湘西自治州区域经济增长的实证分析

摘　　要：本文基于研究与开发模型理论,运用协整分析和误差修正模型,对1998-2008年湘西自治州地区产学研合作过程中高校、科研机构与企业等研发投入与湘西自治州经济增长之间的均衡关系进行计量检验,估计出高校、科研机构和企业研发经费投入对湘西自治州经济增长的贡献,同时对产学研合作与湘西自治州经济增长之间的反馈机制进行检验,得出一些有意义的研究结论.结合研究结果提出产学研合作促进湘西自治州经济增长的政策建议.The paper analyzes the equilibrium relationship between the R＆D input in university, scientific research institutions and enterprise in the process of industry-university-institute unification and economic growth in Xiangxi Autonomous Prefecture during 1998-2008 through regression analysis with cointegration and error correction model, and estimates the contribution of the R＆D input in university, scientific research institutions and enterprise to economic growth in Xiangxi Autonomous Prefecture, and tests the feedback mechanisms between industry-university-institute unification and economic growth in Xiangxi Autonomous Prefecture and draws some meaningful conclusions. Combined with study results, it puts forward oriented suggestions to industry-university-institute unification promoting economic growth in Xiangxi Autonomous Prefecture.
