摘　　要：目前船厂在使用tribon进行管路设计时的区域划分方式和管件内场加工的实际批次划分方式两者存在不对应的现象,导致内场需要依据管件安装阶段重新划分加工批次。本文为解决这一矛盾,提出通过assemb lyp lann ing在设计阶段定义管件安装阶段信息的方法,并通过VB开发程序实现自动生成符合加工批次的管件内场小票加工图。There are incorrect situations between regionalism mode usingTribon to design pipeline in shipyardandreal batch partition mode in innerfieldprocessingofpipeline at present,and bringing on that the inner field needs to re-divide the processing batch according to the pipeline construction section.For solvingthis contradiction the paperbrings out methods ofdefiningpipeline construction section information duringdesign stage through assemblyplanning,andrealizing the automatic generation ofpipeline inner field small ticket manufacturing drawing accord with processing batch through VB development program.
