摘  要:通过分析CVD金刚石拉丝模和单晶金刚石拉丝模的显微照片,发现CVD金刚石的晶界和内部缺陷是造成使用CVD金刚石拉丝模比使用单晶金刚石拉丝模“花丝”现象更严重的原因。To analyze the cause of different mottled steel wire on steel wire surface while wire was drawn by CVD diamond and single crystal die. Through micro analysis on CVD diamond and single crystal diamond wire drawing die, the conclu- sion that causing mottled steel wire more seriously by CVD diamond than by single crystal diamond wire drawing die is the grain boundry and inner defect of CVD diamond is drawn. The method of lessening and avoiding defects are as follows : to repair damaged die in time to reduce mottled steel wire phenomenon, to reduce the internal defects of CVD diamond is the basic way to avoid mottled steel wire phenomenon.
