无黏土低密度全油基钻井完井液的研究

摘　　要：针对油包水钻井液中存在乳化水滴,会导致低压低渗储层发生较为严重的水锁损害的问题,以生物毒性和密度都较低的5#白油为基油,通过对主要处理剂,如增黏剂、表面活性剂、碳酸钙、氧化钙、降滤失剂等进行优选,研制出了一套无黏土全油基低密度钻井完井液。性能评价结果表明,该全油基钻井液密度低,黏度可控,切力适中,滤失量低,破乳电压大于2000V;具有电稳定性好、抗温性强、在高温下的乳化效果好等特点;抗水侵污限为20%,抗盐(NaCl)侵污限为8.0%,抗土侵污限为20.0%;且滤液全为油,有利于储层保护。When an invert drill-in fluid is used in drilling low pressure,low permeability reservoirs,the emulsified water in the drilling fluid causes water block to the formation. A clay-free whole oil base drill-in fluid is formulated with a 5# white oil as the base fluid. Other additives such as viscosifier,surfactant,calcium carbonate,calcium oxide and filtration control agent,are optimized. Laboratory study shows that this fluid has low density,controllable viscosity,moderate gel strengths and low filtration rate. The electrical stability of this fluid is greater than 2,000 volts. This fluid maintains good properties even at high concentration of contaminants such as water(20%) ,NaCl(8%) and clay(20%) . Filtrate of this fluid is pure oil,and is beneficial to reservoir protection.
