摘  要:通过用无机盐硅酸钠对AM/AMPS二元共聚物进行改性,并对合成条件进行优选,制备出了一种耐温抗盐油井水泥降失水剂SDJS。SDJS抗温达150℃,抗盐达饱和,SDJS掺量为0.4%时,就能在任何含盐浓度下将失水量控制在100mL以下,其饱和盐水水泥浆24h抗压强度达14MPa,掺有SDJS的半饱和盐水水泥浆在120℃、60MPa下的增压稠化曲线成直角,过渡时间短,而且SDJS与其它外加剂的配伍性好,因此它可用于深井、盐膏层固井。该剂的合成工艺简单,合成条件易于控制,原料来源丰富、成本低,经济效益好。A high temperature salt tolerant filtration reducer for cement slurry,SDJS,is synthesized through the modification of the copolymer AM/AMPS with sodium silicate. This new filtration reducer can be used to replace the acrylamide polymers which have low temperature stability,poor salt tolerance and shear resistance,and mechanical degradation in pumping. SDJS has good temperature stability(up to 150 ℃ in laboratory test) ,good salt tolerance(36% BWOW) while the required concentration of SDJS is generally low. At HTHP and high salt concentration,cement slurry treated with SDJS shows a thickening curve of right angle. SDJS can be used in cementing in salt/gypsum and deep wells. The synthesis of SDJS is simple and the synthesis conditions are easy to control. With the raw material for the synthesis of SDJS being abundant and cheap,the use of SDJS directly cut down the cementing cost.
