摘  要:与其他类型的油井水泥相比,C级油井水泥具有快硬和高早强的特点,同时无游离液或含量很小,且由于C级水泥的水灰比为0.56,水泥浆本身的密度较低,因此容易配制更低密度的水泥浆,而且水泥浆凝固后水泥石强度更高。介绍了C级油井水泥的生产工艺和研制方法。经研制、批量生产和实验室检验表明,生产出的C级水泥各项性能指标完全满足并大大优于《GB10238—2005油井水泥》对C级中抗油井水泥的要求,在低温下早期强度高,稠化时间短,完全可代替G级水泥+促凝早强剂体系进行低温浅井固井作业。Class C cement,compared with other cements,hardens faster and has higher early strength. Cement slurry formulated with class C cement has little or no free water,and because of the low cement water ratio,the cement slurry has low density,while the set cement has higher strength. This paper introduces the manufacturing technology of class C cement. Quality assay shows that the class C cement produced satisfies the need of the standard GB 10238—2005'Oil Well Cement'and is even better. This class C cement has high early strength and short thickening time,and can be used to replace class G cement(early strength agent needed) in low temperature shallow well cementing.
