摘 要:对耐高温酯、金属过氧化物作高温地层的裂缝处理剂进行了实验研究。进行了裂缝处理剂对压裂液流变性能的影响实验、破胶液特征粒径对比测试和加裂缝处理剂的压裂液破胶液对砂柱渗透率伤害率分析。研究结果表明:分别加入0.1%酯和100mg/L金属过氧化物对压裂液黏度有一定影响,但能满足压裂施工对黏度的要求,2种处理剂同时加入时,剪切40min后压裂液,黏度为185mPa·s,能够满足压裂液携砂的黏度要求;加入处理剂后破胶液50%特征粒径由136.5μm降到98.6μm减小了27.8%;破胶液填砂管伤害率由42.1%降低为27.2%,处理效果显著。This paper introduces the mechanism behind the fracture treatment in elevated temperature formation by high temperature ester and metal peroxide. The characteristic particle sizes are tested for better performance of gel breaking fluid,and gel breaking fluid containing additives is analyzed for its effect on the impairment of sand core permeability. Studies show that the addition of 0.1% ester and 100 mg/L metal peroxide has influence on the viscosity of the fracturing fluid,but the fracturing fluid still satisfy the requirement for field operation. Added simultaneously,the two additives render the fracturing fluid a viscosity of 185 mPa·s after shearing 40 min. The 50% cut point of the gel breaker after treatment with additives decreases from 136.5 micron to 98.6 micron,reduced by 27.8%. Sand core permeability impairment by the gel breaking fluid is reduced from 42.1% to 27.2%.
