摘  要:河坝1-1D井是部署在川东北通南巴构造带河坝场高点的一口定向大斜度试验井,最大井斜为66°,完钻井深为5810m。在该地区施工的大斜度深井普遍面临高密度、高含硫、喷漏同存等技术难题。通过对该井2次不同类型钻井液失返井漏的治理,促进了钻井施工的顺利进行,满足了下套管固井的需要,采用降压止漏的方法治理了下技术套管中途发生的钻井液失返井漏;采用间歇关井10h高承压堵漏整体提高漏失地层承压能力的措施,实现了防喷堵漏同步完成,为治理同类复杂井况提供了可借鉴的技术。Well Heba1-1D,located in northeast Sichuan,is a high angle development well,having a maximum well angle of 66° and a completion depth of 5,810 m. Highly deviated wells drilled in carbonate rocks in this area would face downhole troubles such as high formation pressure,high angle,high sulfide content,and coexistence of blowout and lost circulation. The fourth interval of the well Heba1-1D experienced 4 times of lost circulation of different severity. Two times of lost return were cured and technical casing strings were successfully cemented in place. Using hesitation shut-in(for 10 h) technology and strengthening the weak formations with LCM,hole interval with coexistence of high pressure and low pressure was successfully drilled and cemented. Coexistent blowout and lost return are finally prevented. The technology for lost return and high pressure control in deep,high pressure and high angle well used in this area provides a solution for the same technical puzzle in other area.
