摘  要:由于川西地区地质情况复杂,压力系统多,在钻井过程中遇到的关井挤堵、钻进井漏,开井、停泵立即井涌的"井漏反吐"现象严重,给钻井施工判断造成错觉,堵漏作业难以成功。经分析认为"井漏反吐"的原因主要是地层被压裂后形成的圈闭裂缝在压力作用下开启和闭合造成的,就预防发生和处理"井漏反吐"现象提出了几点建议。Formation pressure distribution in west Sichuan is very complicated. When lost circulation is encountered,the well is often shut-in and LCM mud is squeezed to stop mud losses. When the well is then opened,the squeezed LCM mud flows back into the well. This phenomenon is also encountered during the switch of pumping,and is misleading since engineers do not know if there is a high pressure,or a low pressure encountered downhole. It is concluded,by comprehensive analyses,that this phenomenon results from the open and closing of enclosed fractures with pressures trapped in them. Some suggestions for prevention and treatment of this phenomenon are given in this paper.
