摘 要:我国逻辑学界对韩非矛盾律和亚里士多德矛盾律的认识存在分歧。韩非的矛盾律可表述为:具有反对关系或矛盾关系的两个命题不能都是真的。亚里士多德的矛盾律可表述为:具有矛盾关系的两个命题不能都是真的。二者在制约对象和哲学基础两个方面都存在同异之处。对二者进行比较研究,对于解决我国逻辑学界关于矛盾律定义问题的思想分歧,正确规范日常思维活动,反思和评价关于辩证矛盾和逻辑矛盾关系问题的争论,都有重要启示。Logicians in China have different perceptions of Hart Fei's Law of Contradiction and Aristotle's Law of Contradiction. Han's conception of contradiction can be summarized as: two propositions having contrary relations or contradictory relations cannot beth be true. Aristotle' s conception of contradiction asserts that two propositions having contradictory relations cannot both be true. Their conceptions share commonality but have differences as well as far as conditioned objects and philosophical foundations are concerned. It is argued that a comparative study of these two theories may have important implications for solving disagreements about the definition of Law of Contradiction among Chinese logicians, normalizing our mode of thinking in everyday life, and rethinking and commenting on the discnssions of relations between dialectical contradiction and logical centradiction.
