摘  要:采用基于ARM Cortex-M3内核的STM32F103X嵌入式微处理器,设计了一种新型的万能式断路器智能控制器。该智能控制器实时检测断路器一次回路的各相电流,通过软件控制实现过载、短路和接地等多重电流保护功能,并且内建RS-485串行接口与Modbus通信协议,能实现对断路器的遥信、遥调、遥控和遥测。它利用STM32F103X丰富的片内资源,简化了系统设计,具有低成本、低功耗、高性能、参数整定灵活方便等特点,可以作为当前基于单片机平台的智能控制器的升级换代产品。A new intelligent controller for universal circuit breaker is designed based on STM32F103X, an embedded micro processor with ARM Cortex-M3 core. This intelligent controller acquires the real time electric current values of breaker's primary circuits. Multiple current protection functions including overload, short circuit and ground are accomplished by software. A build-in RS-485 serial interface in charge of Modbus protocol can be used to implement the remote manipulations of circuit breaker such as remote signaling, remote adjustment, remote control and remote measurement. Benefit from the rich resources and peripherals integrated in STM32F103X, the complexity of controller hardware system is reduced greatly. Such an intelligent controller with low cost, low power consumption, high performance and flexible setting is suitable for upgrading the present intelligent controller based on single chip microcomputer.
