摘　　要：由于市县调度交换设备相互之间不能互联,造成系统的不稳定和资源的浪费。文章根据市县调度交换网的实际情况,详细介绍了市县调度交换网的组网原则、联网方案以及信令的选择,并在选定2 M互联与Q信令信号方式的基础上,制定了市县调度交换网典型接入方案。The situation that there is no interconnection among dispatching exchange equipment in city-level and countylevel power communication system causes some problems such as worse system instability and waste of resources.This paper introduces the networking principle,interconnection solution as well as signaling selection.Based on 2 M interconnection and Q signaling,it puts forward a access scheme for city-level and county-level dispatching exchange network.The implementation of the scheme reduces the operation failure rate of dispatching telephone,improves the voice quality and the operation stability of the system,and finally meets the operation and development needs of power grid.
