摘  要:目的:研究诃子提取物对鸟头碱所致心肌细胞损伤的保护作用。方法:采用鸟头碱处理培养心肌细胞,造成鸟头碱损伤模型,通过检测细胞培养液中LDH、CK漏出量,MDA含量和s0D活性及MTT代谢率,反映诃子提取物对鸟头碱损伤模型的影响。结果:与模型组相比,诃子提取物能显著减少LDH、CK漏出量(P<0.01),升高A值(P<0.01);降低培养液中MDA含量(P<0.05,P<0.01),升高SOD活性(P<0.01)。结论:诃子提取物可减轻乌头碱对心肌细胞的损伤程度,对心肌细胞具有保护作用,其机制可能与稳定细胞膜和抗氧化有关。Objective:To investigate the protective effects of the Terminalia chebula extract on cultured rat myocardial cells injury induced by aconitlne. Metheds:Damage model were induced by acnitlne, the leakage level of lactic dehydrogenuse( LDH ), creatine kinase (CK), the content level of methylenedioxyamphetamine ( MDA ), the activity of superoxide dismutase (SOD) MTT metabolism were measured in medium to oly^erve the effects of the Terminalia chebula extract of cultured rat myocardial cells injury induced by aconitine. Results: Comared with the model control, the content of LDH, CK, MDA decreased significantly( P 〈 0.01 ) and the activity d SOD increased significantly ( P 〈0.01 ) ,A also increased significantly ( P 〈0.01 ). Conclusion:the Terminalia cbebula extract can mitigate injury of aconitine on myocardium,it has protecting effect on damaged myocardlun,It is suggested the protecting mechanism may be related to stabilize membrane and its antioxidantproperties.
