摘 要:针对双伸缩立柱无法达到额定初撑力的问题,详细分析了双伸缩立柱的结构及其承载控制原理,给出了立柱各控制阶段的初撑力,得出立柱先升中缸后升活柱的伸出顺序是其初撑力达不到额定初撑力的根本原因,并给出了立柱先升活柱后升中缸的液压控制方法,使立柱达到了设计的额定初撑力要求,为双伸缩立柱支架液压系统的设计提供了理论基础。Considering the lower setting load of double telescopic props of the powered supports, the structure and load control principles of double telescopic props are analyzed, and the setting load of each stage of double telescopic props is obtained. The leading factor of the lower setting load is extended sequence of cylinder bore and inner prop. And to ensure the preferential protrusion of inner prop, the hydraulic control strategies are proposed which insure the rated setting load of double telescopic props. The results showed that the strategies can do the work, and improve performance of hydraulic system of powered supports with double telescopic props in a certain extent.
