摘　　要：根据带式输送机盘式制动器基本结构和工作原理,主要分析了制动力矩对制动失效的影响。通过盘式制动器制动失效故障树分析造成制动失效的原因,提出避免制动失效应采取的措施,分析结果也为盘式制动器的维护和操作提供了依据。According to the basic structure and operating principle of disk brake for the belt conveyor, the influence of retarding torque to braking failure is mainly analyzed. Measures taken to prevent the braking failure of disk brake are put forward by analyzes the cause of braking failure of disk brake with the accident tree diagram of braking failure. Meanwhile, it offers the maintenance and operation for disk brake according to the analysis result.
