摘　　要：介绍和阐述了DW外注式单体液压支柱油缸加工用滚压头的结构特点和工作原理,实际生产情况以及使用效果,并对其投入成本和经济情况进行了分析。同时一次加工油缸成形滚压头结构简单,安装方便,维修简便,安全可靠,支柱成本降低,工人劳动强度减轻,劳动效率提高,这是一个值得推广的加工方式。DW outer single hydraulic prop cylinder head rolling processing structural features and working principle, the actual production conditions and the use of results were introduced and described, and their input costs and economic conditions were analyzed.
