摘  要:针对Cr12MoV轧辊硬度和韧性不足的问题,采用热处理方法提高Cr12MoV轧辊的力学性能,通过正交试验法获得了合理的热处理工艺参数。结果表明,采用低温淬火+低温回火的热处理工艺,可以提高轧辊的表面硬度,硬度值达到HRC62,同时轧辊具有一定的韧性,满足了轧辊的综合机械性能要求。Aimed at the deficiency of hardness and toughness of steel, the mechanical properties of Cr12MoV are improved by heat-treatment process, and the parameters of heat-treatment process are obtained by orthogonal test.The results show that the hardness of the roller surface is enhanced by the heat-treatment process with low temperature quenching and tempering. The hardness of the roller surface reachs to HRC62, which meets the need of the comprehensive mechanical property and proper toughness of Cr12MoV.
