摘　　要：通过对油缸镗孔工艺难点的分析,确立了油缸镗孔工艺装备的整体结构,提出了利用车床进行油缸镗孔的加工方式。详叙了夹紧支承座和滚压头的结构和设计原理,指出加工中应注意的要点。Through analysing the difficulty of cylinder boring technology, a overau consturuction to the craft equipment of cylinder boring was established, could carry on the processing way which using the lathe to the cylinder boring was proposed. The structure of the supporter and the roiling head and the principle of design were narrated, the main point where should pay attention in the processing was pointed out.
