摘　　要：从理论上分析了箕斗过装对钢丝绳安全、制动安全、防滑安全等方面的影响;介绍并比较了人工监视、定量装载、载荷监测等几种典型的预防过装的措施;基于载荷监测方法组建了载荷监测系统,并将其在矿井试用,验证了这种措施和系统对于监测载荷、预防过装的适用性。The influence of skip overload to steel cable safety, brake safety and antiskid safety analyzed theoretically. Prevention methods such as artificial monitoring, quantitative loading and was load monitoring were introduced and compared. Load monitoring system based on load monitoring method was built and applied in the mines, which proved the applicability of this method and system to load monitoring and skip overload prevention.
