摘 要:目前的分层方法不能直接用于阵列感应测井曲线的分层。提出了基于阵列感应测井曲线数学和物理特征的分层新方法。利用趋肤效应校正和井眼影响校正后曲线的一阶和二阶导数确定层边界。根据曲线峰、谷和台阶特征确定每层读数,引入斜率、层厚和幅度并层等3个参数控制分层数。对有侵入地层,根据长、短子阵列的不同探测深度特征分别估计出地层和侵入电阻率模型。通过分析仪器线圈间距、层厚、电阻率对比度及侵入电阻率等参数变化对测井曲线分层结果的影响和实际测井数据的处理验证了新方法的有效性。A new layering method is proposed based on the mathematic and the physical characteristics of array induction logging curves. The formation conductivity boundary is determined by the first and the second derivatives of curves which have been corrected for skin effect and borehole effect. The reading of each layer is determined according to the characteristics of the conductivity curves, such as peak, valley and platform curve. The number of layers can be controlled by the three merging parameters (slope, layer thickness and amplitude). For the invaded formation, both formation and invasion resistivity are estimated based on the facts that the long and short sub-array have different depths of investigation. The effectiveness of the new method has been validated through processing the field data and analyzing the various parameter effects on the layered result. These parameters include the tool coil spacing, bed thickness, resistivity contrast and invasion resistivity.
