基于西门子S7-300的封闭母线空气循环干燥装置的设计

摘　　要：针对阜新封闭母线有限责任公司在生产封闭母线及其配套系列产品中微正压装置频繁出现故障的情况,采用西门子S7-300PLC控制空气循环装置来代替微正压装置,上位机采用WINCC进行实时监控,由于HMI界面可视性强,控制过程运行稳定,可实现生产过程无人值班,也降低了运行人员的工作量。In view of the micro positive pressure devices frequently appears the breakdown in the production of the serial products of enclosed bus-bar and its auxiliary equipment in Fuxin Closed Bus-bar Co. , Ltd. , proposes that the design of using S7-300 to control air circulation device to replace the micro positive pressure device, and WINCC as upper computer to monitor in real time, HMI interface is strong visibility, the control process operates stably to realize no one on duty, reduce the workload of operating personnel.
