摘　　要：激光调阻机是用于电阻阻值微调的一种关键设备,由光学系统、机械运动系统、运动控制系统等组成。本文介绍了一种预置图形式激光调阻机的系统设计与论证。对此系统方案进行了理论上的认证与实践中的检验。实际应用中,依靠本方案研制的激光调阻机已投入使用,达到了设计要求。Laser resistor trimming machine is a key equipment used to micro-adjusting the value of resistor. It consist of optical system, mechanical system and movement controlling system. This paper presents a design and demonstration of laser resistor trimming machine for preparative blueprint. This system design is argued in theory and proved in practice. The laser resistor trimming machine made from this design is applied in practical work and proved reasonable. All the design demands is satisfied by this machine.
