内关、心俞贴敷治疗缓慢性心律失常疗效观察  

Observation on therapeutic effect of acupoint sticking at Neiguan (PC 6) and Xinshu (BL 15) for treatment of bradycardia

摘　　要：目的:观察吴茱萸穴位贴敷治疗缓慢性心律失常的疗效。方法:将患者随机分为观察组、对照组,每组30例。观察组给予吴茱萸内关、心俞贴敷,每日1次;对照组给予口服心宝丸,每次3丸,每日3次。两组均治疗4周后,观察患者疗效、24h动态心电图改善情况。结果:两组治疗后24h平均心率均较治疗前明显改善(均P<0.01),治疗后两组24h平均心率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组临床疗效总有效率为86.7%(26/30),对照组总有效率为83.3%(25/30),两组疗效相当。结论:吴茱萸穴位贴敷治疗缓慢性心律失常能显著提高患者24h平均心率水平,其改善患者症状与心率水平的程度与心宝丸相仿。Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of acupoint sticking of Wuzhuyu （Evodia Rutaecarpa） for treatment of bradycardia. Methods Sixty cases were randomly divided into an observation group and a control group, 30 cases in each group. The observation group was treated with acupoint sticking of Wuzhugu （Evodia Rutaecarpa） at Neiguan （PC 6） and Xinshu （BL 15） once each day. The control group was treated with oral administration of Xinbao pills, 3 pills each time, thrice each day. The therapeutic effects and changes of 24 hours＇ holter were observed after 4 weeks. Results After treatment, 24 hours＇ average heart rate was significantly improved in the two groups, with significant differences as compared with those before treatment （both P〈0.01） and with no significant difference between the two groups （P〉0.05）. The total effective rate was 86.7% （26/30） in the observation group and 83.3%（25/30） in the control group, their therapeutic effect being similar. Conclusion Acupoint sticking of Wuzhugu （Evodia Rutaecarpa ） can significantly raise the levels of 24 hours＇ average heart rate in the patients of bradycardia. This therapy and Xinbao pills have similar therapeutic effect on the improvement of clinical symptom and heart rate levels.
