摘　　要：目的探讨分析10MHzB超水浴法眼前节探查的价值。方法以10MHzB超分别采用水浴法和直接法对眼前节探查，并对声像图进行对比分析。结果共探查261例（522只眼），10MHzB超水浴法探查发现异常57例（90只眼），其中晶状体混浊45例（78只眼）；晶状体内异物1例（1只眼）；晶状体半脱位1例（1只眼）；人工晶状体半脱位2例（2只眼）；晶状体后囊破裂2例（2只眼）；睫状体脱离2例（2只眼）；前房积血4例（4只眼）。眼前节成像远离超声近场，无干扰及伪像，成像清晰。结论水浴法探查拓展了10MHzB超的探查范围，使其前节观察成为可能，是一项具有临床实用价值的眼科超声检查方法。Objective Analyze the value of detection of ocular anterior segment with immersion 10 MHz B-scan ultrasound.Methods Patients underwent detection of ocular anterior segment with immersion 10MHz B-scan ultrasound and common B-scan ultrasound.The sonograms were compared and analyzed.Results Two hundred and sixty-one cases （522 eyes） were performed immersion 10MHz B-scan ultrasound.It was found that 78 eyes with lens opacity, 1 eye with foreign body in lens, 1 eye with lens subluxation, 2 eyes with rupture of posterior lens capsular, 2 eyes with intraocular lens subluxation, 2 eyes with cyclodialysis and 4 eyes with hyphema.Image of ocular anterior segment by immersion 10MHz B-scan ultrasound was clear and there was no disturbance and artifacts.Conclusions Immersion 10 MHz B-scan ultrasound expanded the application range of B-scan and could detect the ocular anterior segment.
