摘　　要：目的了解沈阳空巢老人与非空巢老人心血管亚临床状态及差别,为空巢老人的健康老龄化提供依据。方法随机抽取沈阳市7个区域常住人口中≥60岁健康空巢老人98例和非空巢老人97例,进行基本身体状况、血压、血液生化和心血管超声检查。采用Pearson相关分析评价各变量与年龄之间的相关性。结果空巢组男性的高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)显著低于非空巢组男性(P=0.009),而空巢组女性的收缩压(P=0.041)、HDL-C(P=0.005)和脉压(P=0.004)水平均显著高于非空巢组。心血管亚临床相关指标与年龄显著相关。结论衰老与大血管弹性及心脏舒张功能等亚临床心血管指标密切相关。在空巢组,男性的血脂问题和女性的血压问题更加突出,建立健康档案时应予重点关注。Objective To estimate the cardiovascular subclinical conditions of empty-nest and not-empty-nest elderly and provide knowledge of successfully aging for empty-nest elderly.Methods A community-based cross-sectional study in Shenyang.Blood pressure,blood lipid and cardiovascular ultrasonography were used to evaluate the cardiovascular subclinical conditions of 98 healthy empty-nest and 97 not-empty-nest elderly.The t teat was used to show the differences between empty-nest and not-empty-nest elderly in males and females.Pearson correlation analysis was used to examine the relations between each variables and age.Results For males,the high density lipoprotein cholesterol of empty-nest group was significantly lower than that of not-empty-nest group （HDL-C,P=0.009）.For females,the levels of systolic blood pressure （SBP,P=0.041）,pulse pressure （PP,P=0.005） and high density lipoprotein cholesterol （HDL-C,P=0.004） of empty-nest group were significantly higher than those of non-empty-nest group.PP （r=0.434）,total cholesterol （TC,r=-0.312）,low density lipoprotein cholesterol （LDL-C,r=-0.294）,carotid intema-media thickness （IMT,r=0.32） and carotid diameter （D,r=0.381） were significantly correlated with age in non-empty-nest males.However,only left ventricle ejection fraction （LVEF,r=-0.322）,IMT （r=0.304） and ratio of peak velocity of early filling to atrial filling （E/A,r=-0.376）were significantly related with age in empty-nest males.For females,triglyceride （TG,r=-0.33）,TC （r=-0.369）,LDL-C （r=-0.289）,IMT （r=0.385）,E/A （r=-0.329） and D （r=0.362） were significantly correlated with age in non-empty-nest group.However,the ratio of waist and hip circumference （WHR,r=0.454）,IMT （r=0.381） and E/A （r=-0.397） were significantly correlated with age in empty-nest group.Conclusions Aging is significantly related with elastic of artery and cardiac diastolic function.The empty-nest elderly are likely to have blood lipid problems for males and blood press
