面部护理联合药物及健康教育治疗成人痤疮疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察面部护理联合药物及健康教育治疗成人痤疮的疗效。方法:将78例患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,两组外用和口服药物均相同,在此基础上治疗组增加皮肤护理及健康教育。结果:治疗组总有效率82.5%,痊愈率为52.5%,对照组总有效率57.9%,痊愈率21.1%,两组比较差异有显著性(0.01<P<0.05)。复发率及不良反应发生情况治疗组均较对照组低,且差异有显著性(P<0.01)。结论:综合疗法治疗成人痤疮具有疗效好、复发率低、不良反应少,患者依从性好等优点,面部护理对成人痤疮的治愈具有重要作用。Objective To study the therapeutic effect of skin care in combination with drugs and health education in comprehesive treatment of adult acne. Methods 78 patients with acne were randomized into two groups,group A：using skin care＋drugs＋health education;group B：using drugs only. Results The effective rate of groups A,B were 82.5% and 57.9%, the therapeutic effect of group A was significantly better than that of group B.The relapse rate and adverse reaction of group A were significantly lower than that of group B. Conclusions Comprehesive treatment of adult acne had advantages of good efficacy,lower relapse rate and adverse reaction, and good compliance.Skin care had an important role in treatment of adult acne.
