穴位埋线疗法治疗单纯性肥胖症远期疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察穴位埋线疗法治疗单纯性肥胖症的远期疗效。方法:以辨证论治选穴,穴位埋线治疗3个疗程,前后自身对照观察,每次选6～10个穴位。结果:96例患者治疗后体重、体围、皮脂厚度、BMI、F%、WHR、瘦素(Leptin)、Ins、TG、TC、FBS等指标都有不同程度的降低,治疗前后比较,经统计学分析,差异均有显著意义(P<0.05)。结论:该疗法具有疗效高、方便、安全、无痛苦、持续作用长、无副作用等特点,提示穴位埋线疗法治疗单纯性肥胖症具有减重、降脂、重塑体形和良好的远期疗效。Objective To observe Long-term the clinical effect on simple obesity treated by catgut implantation at acupoint. Methods According to principle of determination of treatment based on the differentiation of symptoms and signs. The patients were observed three courses through self-comparison before and after.6 or 10 points were used every time by catgut implantation. Results the body weight,the body surround,sebum fat thickness,BMI, F% ,WHR, Leptin,Ins,TG,TC,FBS of 96 cases were descented after treatment,there were significant differences as compared before and after treatment （P〈 0.05）. Conclusion The therapy had the characteristics of high and persistent efficacy, convenient and safe use with no side effect,and showed that Catgut implantation at acupoint not only had the function of reducing body weight and fat and rebuilt shape of body ,but also had good long-term therapeutic effects.
