摘　　要：本文针对学院教学管理的特点和校园网建设的现状,介绍了基于Internet/Intranet校园网结构的教学管理信息系统的设计思想。并阐述了三层体系结构、系统安全控制技术在系统设计方案中的应用。In view of the characteristics of the teaching administration and the current situation of campus web bstract：building,the paper introduces the design notion of information system about teaching administration based on Internet/Intranet campus web. The application of three-tier structure and system safety administration in the system design are also expounded.
