护理指引在骨科护理中的应用探讨

摘　　要：目的探讨专科护理指引在骨科护理应用中的效果。方法将120例骨折患者按照入院顺序随机平均分为实验组和对照组。对照组给予常规护理,实验组采用个性化护理方案,并注意保证护理过程中的连续性和全面性。治疗结束后对护理效果展开分析。结果两组患者均有不同程度的恢复,但实验组患者舒适度、护理满意度,以及痊愈率和恢复周期均显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论针对患者具体情况,制定个性化护理方案,并在护理过程中保证其连续性和全面性,对促进患者的早日、全面康复有显著作用。Objective To explore the effect of the specialist nursing guide applied in orthopedic care.Methods According to hospitalized order,120 cases of patients with fracture were randomly divided into experimental group and control group on average.Conventional nursing program were used in control group;personalized nursing program were used in experimental group,and the continuity and all sidedness were emphasized in nursing period.After the treatment,the nursing effects were analyzed,then.Results Two groups of patients had recovery in different degree,but compared with control group,the comfort extent,satisfaction rate,recovery rate and recovery period in experimental group were signifi cantly better （P0.05）.Conclusion According to the specifi c circumstances of patients,formulating personalized nursing program,and emphasizing the continuity and comprehensiveness,can play a signifi cant role in promoting the comprehensive and early recovery of patients.
