摘 要:引言拟薄水铝石是制备γ-Al_2O_3及其系列产物氧化铝的重要前驱体,尤其γ-Al_2O_3在催化剂载体、汽车尾气净化剂、分子筛以及吸附剂等领域得到了广泛地应用。然而不同路线和方法生产的拟薄水铝石赋予了氧化铝不同的性质和用途,因此,开发具有不同孔径和比表面积的拟薄水铝石及其衍生物极为重要和必要。Pseudoboehmite and its derivative were prepared from polyaluminum chloride.EDX,XRD and low temperature nitrogen adsorption-desorption were employed to characterize the samples obtained.The effects of alkaline,polyethylene glycol(PEG) surfactant with different molecular weights on phase and surface area of pseudoboehmite were investigated.The results show that NH_3·H_2O and NaOH can be used as alkaline solution to prepare pure pseudoboehmite.γ-Al_2O_3 can be obtained in the range of 450 to 750℃.Surface area and pore volume decrease but the diameter increases with the increase of calcination temperature.With the increase of PEG molecular weight,the surface area and pore volume ofγ-Al_2O_3 first increases,then decreases.PEG1000 is most suitable for increasing surface area ofγ-Al_2O_3 and surface area of 396 m^2·g^(-1) can be obtained.
