摘 要:以AZ31镁合金为研究对象,开发了异步纵横交叉轧制工艺对其进行了轧制试验,研究了上下辊速比、总道次数、轧制规程和轧制温度等对其显微组织和力学性能的影响。结果表明:随着轧制温度的升高,轧后合金晶粒尺寸逐渐增大,强度逐渐上升,伸长率逐渐下降;不同上下辊速比的剪切应力都能产生细化晶粒效果;总压下量相同时轧制道次较少对组织和性能有利;轧制规程对组织和性能也有一定的影响。The asymmetric cross rolling process was developed and applied to roll the alloy using AZ31 magnesium alloy as research object. The effects of velocity ratio of upper and lower rolls, total pass number, rolling route and rolling temperature on the microstructure and mechanical properties of the alloy were investigated. It is found that the shear strain of asymmetric cross rolling with different velocity ratios of upper and lower rolls contributed to refinement of grain size. With the increase of rolling temperature, the grain size increased gradually,. strength increased and elongation reduced. Fewer passes were benificial to the microstructure and properties under the same total soft reduction amount. The rolling route had some effect on microstructure and properties.
