摘 要:根据热力学理论,借助Thermo-Calc软件,对不同成分钢材的变形奥氏体→铁素体相变进行了热力学数值分析,并在Gleeble 2000热模拟试验机上进行了压缩变形试验,将试验结果与模拟结果进行了对比。结果表明:变形使奥氏体→铁素体平衡转变温度升高,相变的驱动力增大,促进了转变的发生;变形使奥氏体相中碳含量上升;模拟结果与试验结果相符。According to thermodynamic theory, thermodynamic numerical analysis about the transformation of deformed austenite to ferrite of steels with different compositions was carried out by using the software Thermo- Calc. The compression tests were performed on thermal simulator Gleeble 2000 and the experimental results were compared with calculated results. The results show that the deformation could enhance the equilibrium transformation temperature of anstenite to ferrite, increase the transformation driving force, which accelerated the transformation. The deformation could also increase the carbon content in anstenite phase. The simulated results were in agreement with experimental ones.
